Baduanjin Qigong / Tai Chi 101 / Shaolin Kung Fu - Tan Tui 

Attendees will learn the endless list of health benefits that come with practising martial arts and discover how to improve their balance and coordination in the body and mind, develop strength training and learn how to prevent injury.

This Healing practise focuses on opening the body and soothing the mind through gentle poses.

TaiQi Yoga

An invigorating class with cardio, balancing, core and flexibility. TaiQi Yoga combines the ancient traditions of Tai-Chi, Qigong and yoga with modern toning exercises. 
* Not suitable for raw beginners or pregnant women.
