For more than a century, Tai Kwun has accompanied Hong Kong people, bearing witness to the evolution of Central. As the guardian of the community, Tai Kwun is closely related to the daily lives of kaifongs and there are many intricate relationships cultivated. Local illustrator, Flyingpig, brings us back to the bygone days of Central and Tai Kwun in her book ‘Once Upon a Time in Tai Kwun’, in which history and imagination intertwine. In this talk, Flyingpig will share with us her experience of creating this book and talk about her work for ‘100 Faces of Tai Kwun’ exhibition.
***The talk will be conducted in Cantonese.
